The food is great.  My favorite things to order there are the baked tilapia and the broasted chicken. I also LOVE the chipped beef gravy with eggs and raisin toast.   The coffee could be better. For all the great things about this place, PLEASE PEEPS fix your coffee.
Otherwise ---- its a fun place to go and get lost in.
After you eat a great meal, spend time in variety shops. I love the clothes and jewelry and gift items. The bakery is great and well. its like a Cracker Barrell on steroids.. lol. Have fun!

A lot of reviews here mention a buffet which I did not have so YMMV if you go that route.

I met a coworker here and couldn't believe how huge this place is - there must be 10 rooms full of shopping, plus s bakery plus a giant dining room. CC appears to be popular with bus tours and the older set. The dining room was clean though.

Service was pleasant as well - I think most people go the buffet route as they seemed surprised we wanted a menu item. Iced tea refills appeared magically when I was low which is appreciated.

Now - my food. I had a turkey cranberry sandwich which promised me turkey, Swiss and cranberry relish on raisin bread. It was a rather thin sandwich and the deli meat was Sysco quality. For about $9, it was "just ok". I feel like you'd do better ordering one of their more homestyle items like meatloaf.

It's not a place I'd want to eat at again but I can see the appeal for some.

This has long been a pit-stop for us on long car trips south to DC and beyond.  And as an adult I seem to continue the tradition.  It has definitely changed and grown over the years and is a destination of sorts for travelers from near and far.

My biggest reason for stopping here are the bathrooms.  They are almost always clean and there are a number of them that you're not waiting forever.  It's that reliability that keeps bringing me back.

As for the food in the restaurant, I personally don't think it's worth writing home about.  I recently ordered an omelet and tea, and that was a reasonable $9.00 breakfast.  It took longer than I would have liked, but it was ok.

And the shops are nice, but overpriced.  I like to get out and walk around on long trips, so it's a good place to stretch your legs. I did fine a particular scented sachet that I have a hard time finding other places.  Brings back a bit of nostalgia, so I enjoyed that.

Overall, a solid three.  I have been stopping here since I was a kid and will probably continue to do so given it's location on Rt. 15.

If you are traveling on Route 15 in Pennsylvania, don't let your gps take you around Lewisburg. This has been our favorite stop for years. It's like a mega Cracker Barrel, with a country store, huge restaurant, bakery, greenhouse and more. If you find a spot in the parking lot, it means only a short wait even during the busiest hours.

There's a full menu to chose from and also an all-you-can-eat buffet at busy times and seasons. They are tech savvy with a hostess in each dining area talking to the front desk so if there is a line it moves right along.

The food is traditional American, but their specialty is broasted chicken and turkey dinners.  Sandwiches and breakfasts are also on the menu.

Everything tastes homemade and the portions are generous. Servers are experienced and polite. A must stop on a trip towards DC or beyond from NY.

I do not really recommend this place if you are looking for a nice meal. I've been twice for breakfast, and it was ok, but it is a large space that is kind of dark (maybe also with low ceilings?) and feels a bit more like a funeral parlor than somewhere I'd go when I'm hungry and ready to eat out. The food to order is decent and the breakfast/brunch buffet was only ok.
